Panasonic struck a gold mine with the introduction of their LX3 prosumer camera last 2008. With the combination of good high ISO performance, large aperture and wide angle lens, it ate Canon’s, Nikon’s and even Olympus’ slice of market pie. Sales and demands are still strong, even after 2 years since it is introduced to the market.

Recently, Panasonic UK website leaked it’s successor in a form on their product registration page – the LX5. We’re expecting it to be stellar and will set new standards in the prosumer line once again with it’s unparalleled feature set and performance. It’s rumored to debut before July ends. Watch out for it!
