If you have friends and relatives living in the States, most probably you are using a VoIP service that charges you per minute for PC to landline calls – and they do not have a means to call you back.

What if you had a US incoming phone number? They can call you and it’s practically unlimited, because you’re not billed on a per minute basis. But most VoIP providers charge a premium for a US number.
